Samuel C. Nyarko is currently a Postdoc researcher with the STEM Education Innovation and Research Institute at IUPUI. His research interests include collaborative and experiential learning practices such as teamwork and fieldwork , geoscience workforce development, students' conceptions, instruction and instructional design, DEI, and evaluation. Sammy is also a geoscientist interested in ore modeling and evaluation, and mineral exploration. As a SEIRI postdoc, Sammy is the mixed method research resource person and works on STEM education research, program evaluation, and assessment. Sammy is a constructivist and believes that diversity in knowledge creation is the closest we can go to achieve accurate knowledge, hence inclusive learning practices are priorities.
